Ministry Philosophy

Steven believes that the local church is God’s plan for reaching the world with the Gospel. His preaching style is rooted in careful study of Scripture, delivered with warmth and practical application for everyday life. He is passionate about equipping believers to live out their faith in their homes, workplaces, and communities.

Journey to FBC Rocklin

Before coming to First Baptist Church of Rocklin in 2006, Pastor Steven served congregations in Texas and Southern California. Each ministry shaped his understanding of how God works through local churches to transform communities. When he visited Rocklin, he felt an immediate calling to serve this community and its people.

Community Involvement

Beyond Sunday mornings, Pastor Steven is active in the Rocklin community. He serves on the board of the local ministerial association and participates in community outreach programs. He believes that the church should be a beacon of hope and service to its neighbors.
